The IRM Unique Service Application is designed to streamline communication between tenants and the CRM team at KOLAO Tower, ensuring fast responsiveness, providing a unique service and facilities, achieving zero unresolved issues each day, and enhancing both efficiency and effectiveness. The application functions as a centralized platform for tenants to:

• Receive Notifications:

- Water supply interruptions

- Electricity outages

- Emergency announcements

- General building notices

• Submit Service Requests:

- Maintenance team

- Emergency team

- Cleaning service feedback

- SHEQ Service

- Facility and equipment malfunctions

- CRM

• Track Progress & Updates:

- Track progress and provide real-time updates

- Receive notifications on issue resolution and updates

2. Eligibility

This app is intended for use by staff members or individuals who have been authorized by the organization. Unauthorized usage is considered a violation of these terms.

By using this application, you agree to:
